After a few visit to KKH Specialist for Xuan's eczema problem, the doc did an allergy test. But the results stil didnt show the root of the cause... We could only hope that she will outgrew her condition... Meantime, it cream n moisturizer... sigh,,,

Xuan was in a happy mood also...

At dinner time...
Xuan had a bad fall at my inlaws place. Naughty Xuan crawled on top a chair un-noticed. When she falled, the back of the chair hit upwards at her chin which in turn cause her to bite at her lower inner lip.. Didnt realise that the wound n bruise was so big when i picked her up... Only when we were home n examine the "damage" in our home bright light... was aghasted .... we were worried that it may have been infected as there were white glob around the wound. Her mouth n chin were swollen... She refuse to eat n drink for a day... Had to use a syringe to feed her the nite milk feed.... But the next mornin, when we try to force feed her. she vomited all out after it.... We were pretty worried that she not gettin enuf fluid. Even when her lunch has passed. She stil refuse to eat or drink, or suck from the straw.. she even reject her favourite biscuits. Brought her to the KKH. First time visiting the KKH Emergency Room. The doc comment that although the wound is not that deep to required stitching, but if Xuan continue to refuse any fluid intake, she may b in danger of dehydration. Thus he advise us to admit her for drippin if situation remains after the medication. Luckily, the gel work wonders... although for the first application, she was cryin n screamin, but she also appeared to be suffering from less pain after awhile... by evenin time, she was willin to drink from straw again!!! Phew.... During these few days, Xuan was xtra sticky to us.... And after the episode, her weight dropped to 9.6kg.. but this round, her chin is not obviously pointed as her chin is still swollen with the bruise... =(
Bought this turtle for $25. It can display stars on the ceiling in the dark. So sometimes when i coax Xuan to slp, will sing n gesture Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to her. If i stop the signing, Xuan will make little sound n try to grab my hand n tryin to make me continue the song... So funny... =)
