Xuan Is Teethin! 27/09/2008
When Mommy was cleaning Xuan Tongue while bathing Xuan, Mommy feel something pokey rubbin on her finger.. Upon closer scrutiny, mommy "found" Xuan pearlies sprouting. As it is stil not v big, a pic was not taken yet... Mommy will try her hardest to capture a shot of the pearlies.... In the meantime, mommy could only capture Xuan bittin on the teething toys...
But Xuan seem to like her pacifier more... she prefer suckling, rather then biting...

During the tickle test, it became easy to see why the T.M.X. friends are in such demand. When you tickle Cookie Monster's belly, he doubles over in hysterics. The second time he is tickled, he falls over backwards, rolls from left to right, then gets back up again, saying, "That was good." The doll moves best on a hard, flat surface and struggles a little when placed on carpet. But that was the only setback discovered during the hands-on testing process. A discreet on-off switch on his foot allows you to turn the doll off, if you're in need of some quiet time. Overall, T.M.X. Cookie Monster makes a great toy for its target age range. Even adults will crack a smile as this jolly character shakes and rolls with laughter.
Mommy found this BN toy sellin in the forum. although a elmo is more appreciated, but no big fish, a small prawn also gd la..... so mommy bought this to entertain Xuan. Xuan reaction to the toy was rathe interstin... Wil upload the video clip once Mommy recall back the script to embed the clip in the blog.... =p
Since Xuan shows considerable enjoyment n interest in this, Mommy has been hardworkin in findin the elmo version.. but hard to find, as toys r us is no longer sellin this.... =( mommy missed the sale....

But Daddy was busi playin with PSP, it thus falls on Mommy shoulder. Mommy had to stay up the night to fixed it up (25 Sep), so that Xuan can play with it over the wkend. =)

Guess hv to wait til Xuan is ready to flip on her own...

A Very Busi n Tirin Day ~ 21 Sep 08
As wat Daddy describe, today Xuan is meetin her Mommy's virtual frens made at the forum. From chattin while juz pregnant -> countdown to edd -> poppin of babies -> confinement -> first month celebration to now almost all May 08 babies are flippin or teethin, times really flies....

Xuan was alrdy tired when leaving home for the gatherin. She nearly slept throughout the whole stay at Aunty Doris's home.
Woke up juz in time for photo session of BBs to take memorable pics. =)
p/s: the little blue top gor gor , Aunty Lynn's DS, is the same age as Xuan! He older than Xuan in terms of hrs. =)
Another Finding: Compared to other bb of her age, Xuan really moves too little. While all bb can flip, some even teethin, Xuan couldnt flip much yet. only flip to one side, her side will be kena "caught" in a awarkard position liao... n not able to do anything else, Xuan wil start cryin for frustration, follows by cries of help,,,,
Also, other bb are busi lookin ard, curious with their surroundin... Xuan juz concentrated on keepin her eyes on Mommy n Daddy... As if to ensure that Mommy n Daddy is with her in the new environment.

Xuan was v excited when she met the 8mth old niece of the groom. She tried to move forward to touch her, the other little girl seem overwhelmed by her 热情 instead.. lolz
As Xuan is the first bb in the family, she was the "lime light" during the dinner. (of cos, "light" not as bright as the weddin couple) But Xuan is not used to some, n was cryin for most of the time... Poor Xuan Xuan... =(

2nd Injection on 20 Sep 2008 @ Bedok Polyclinic
Xuan has been takin her basic injection at Bedok Polyclinic. Mommy n Daddy had considered lettin Xuan takin the 6 in 1 injection at her PD's clinic. But after readin up on the cons n pros of hvin optional injections, finally decided to let Xuan to juz take her basic jabs. It also gd news to Xuan, cos Xuan wont hv to endure so much jabs "痛苦". So far, after the 2 jabs, Xuan has not developed any fever. Pray to remain it this way. =)
