Mar 10 Updates

Lately Xuan has a habit of knocking backwards on my chest while we r in the car. Out of the blue, she will leave a pretty big gap between our body while she was seated on my lap. At first I was puzzle, cos she usually prefer to lie on me to b cosy n for cushion. N of cos,, more puzzling was the devious look that she had on her little face.... Obviously was plottin some plan. Then without warning, she will suddenly fall back with force n knock the wind off me. It really painful as she used her whole upper body weight... When i exclaimed in pain n surprise, she will turn back n give me a smug look with laughter.... N then repeat the fall back... She dosent find it painful to knock her head against my chest cost she inherited GB's hard bones.... =(

Had a course at bedok central, the class was given a long lunch hour break, so pop by inlaws place to see Xuan. She was very happy to see me. When it was time for me to go back to class, she refuse to let go n start crying... Thus mil have to bring her down to playground walk walk so as to coax her to see me off to class... =p


There was a birhtday celebration at GB's 8th uncle. All the relatives were invited. There were many children. N xuan start playing with 8th uncle daughter toys. N she got a free toy to dabao as 8th aunt says that her daughter no longer play with the push cart. when we reach home, xuan keep pushing n takin the push cart everywhere, up onto the sofa, room, etc.... Even try to squeeze her big barney inside... hhaa

Juz realise that alot of the little girls in the Positive Tots class had the name "xuan" in their name. Yin Xuan, Jia Xuan n of cos, Wen Xuan, playing with the doll while waiting for the class to commence.


Cammin again while waiting to do payment for my latest toy (Lenova Ideapad Y460) at the IT fair at Suntec. =)

On the way home from inlaw place.


Went JP for a walk as we went to the Mattel Sales at Lok Yang. Was very disappointed with te Mattel Sales... Much lesser vairety.. Or mayb bcos we went on a wkday, not much toys taken out?? But one positive pts was that the place had shift inside to the warehouse, previously was juz outside under a tent. very cramp n dark.. this round, inside the warehouse, more fan, brighter, more space area to walk.... Xuan was still takin her afternoo nap when we reach there.. she only woke up while we were walkin back to the car.... too bad for her..... but she had a great time while walkin at Jurong Point...


Some random shots i took at home when the mood strikes me to make use of my DSLR cam. Being more lazi lately to take it out of the dry cabinet n use it... Well,,,, handphone is really so much more convenient.... guilty....

Went to the Baby Fair at Takashimaya. Nothing much to buy, but the sales personnel told me that mid year, there b another one.. Hopefully, by then, will have something to buy to use up the voucher. =p


Went for dinner buffet with my family to celebrate my mom birthday. Little Xuan was busy eating the char siew bao... During our dessert time, she was also on to the dessert.. by playing with the longan beancurd tubs.... Overall, we r lucky that she dun mind bein at the table the whole time... except that her daddy had to carry her most of the time on his lap... but during dessert time, all r ready to start the "snatching Xuan" game... her grandpa n aunts carry her while her parents concentrate on the desserts.... lolx.


Back from the dinner, while waitin for my dad to open the door, place her on the shoe cabinet... she was happy to pose for awhile...

Feb 10 Updates

Watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on GB's hp

End of Jan 10 Updates

Xuan been hvin swollen eyelids for a month or so. It started with right eye, after 2wks, the left eye also started to swell. The swellin was pretty pointed, n it caused the whole eye area to be purplish blue. squinting of eyes.. After visit to two different GP, the conclusion was to wait until the pus under the lids goes off itself. The GP claims that it should be caused by dirty hands rubbin on the eyes, causing bacteria to enter and grow underneath the eyelids. In the meantime, we could only apply eye creams/drops.... It took a total of 7-8wks b4 both eyes swelling went away, with some occasion of pus flowin out after it "ripens" during that period....


During one of the times that I fetch Xuan home alone after work, we saw an auntie walkin a rabbit in the playground... any guess on the name?? It was Panda... so fittin..... hahha. actually i think the rabbit below to the auntie's daughter... the rabbit although was pretty big in size, was actually very tame. there was quite a few toddlers who went chasin it when it moves off.... =)


Time to change Xuan's mattress... she used to slp on our previous queen size spring mattress... but it makes too much noise when we try to get up from it after we coax xuan to slp... wakin her up instead. So we decided to make use of the 50% storewide promo at Kidzloft to get latex mattress. The promo was so hot that by the second day of the sale, the latex mattress that we wanted only left with a single pc. We had to pre-order the 2nd pc (to expand the slping area). While waitin for me, Xuan was playing with the toys (especially the baby doll).... GB was not feelin well, so he stayed in the car to take a nap while i browse the shop.
